ONE RIDE. SIX TEENS. ONE CHANCE TO SING FOR A SECOND LIFE…

The carnival lights flicker.

The roller coaster rattles.

And somewhere in the darkness… a voice calls for the next performers.

AUDITIONS FOR RIDE THE CYCLONE ARE HERE!

This hauntingly hilarious cult-favorite musical is looking for performers ready to step into the strange, spooky, and spectacular world of the Cyclone.

Good news: We are planning to cast two separate casts for this production. While this will depend on audition turnout, we encourage everyone to come out and audition.

Audition Dates

• Saturday, April 18 — 10 AM–4 PM

• Sunday, April 19 — 12 PM–5 PM

Prepare:

• A verse & chorus of a song in the style of the show or character(s) you’re auditioning for

• Be ready for possible cold readings if requested by the director

• Please bring a phone or audio device with your backing track

Those interested in only the role of Karnak can bring a 1 minute monologue, as no singing is required for this role!

Who Can Audition?

• Ages 16+ welcome

• All roles available

• Parental consent forms will be available for those under 18

Dance Ensemble Opportunity

We’re also casting a featured dance ensemble that will perform in both casts!

Dance Audition:

Sunday, April 26 — 8 AM–11:30 AM at the Highland High School Auditorium

If you’re ONLY interested in the dance ensemble, you can attend just this audition. No need to come to the original auditions.

Callbacks: Sunday, April 26 (by invitation)
